  Could you help me add a print button at the end of the form, alongside the submit button, so the customer can print it and keep a copy for future reference?

Unfortunately, it’s impossible to add a Print button to the Form Builder app, but we already have this idea on the Wishlist. Feel free to upvote it here - Print Form Option

Is it possible to send the customer their completed form details to their email address with the reply or success message?

Yes, to do this, open Notify Respondents section on the Email tab and add [form-data] mail tag to the Message field:
