My client has asked for a form in 2 columns.
Once email is received he would like the info on the right to be shown (in the email) under the info on the left.

@user3353 I’ve talked to our devs and, unfortunately, there is no option to customize the widget this way. I am really sorry 
As a workaround, you can try out Multistep form feature:
This way, you can place the second part of your form on another page.
