We receive the rating in this format from our data provider and, unfortunately, there is no way to change it now. I am really sorry!
However, I totally get your point and added this idea to the Wishlist: Display rating in original format (recommended/not recommended) instead of stars
If more users support this request, we’ll try to think about it in the future
