Facebook Review Issues

I am trying to add Facebook reviews to my website and keep recieving this error:

No reviews found. Please make sure the source is correct, that it has reviews and that filter settings do not exclude all the reviews.

The url is correct, it does have reviews and I have removed any limitations with country access so I am now at a loss as to how to solve this.
