I have uploaded a lot of files to the chatbot. Now I want to delete a few for discontinued products. However, I can find a way to expand the URL so I can identify which ones need deleting. Does anyone have any ideas on how to approach this

Unfortunately, there is no way to expand the files with long names, but I agree that it would be really handy to have this option. I’ve added your idea to the Wishlist and if it gets more votes, we’ll try to consider in the future.
Currently, we’d recommend you setting shorter and different file names before their upload.
In the meantime, I’ve found a list of files in our admin panel and sent them to you in a direct message. Please check it out
