You need to edit the fields in the Autoresponder section, specifically the email that a customer receives after filling out the form, right?
By default, the autoresponse email doesn’t include any form fields other than the information you want your clients to receive after filling out the form. However, if you need to include specific fields, you can add the field IDs to the message like this:
