I have wonderful customers who do their best to promote my business through reviews. Often, they copy and paste their feedback across different review platforms, such as Facebook, Yelp, and Google. While I greatly appreciate their efforts, the all-in-one review aggregator displays each review, including duplicates. This makes my reviews suspicious, imo.
Is there a way to exclude duplicate reviews without affecting my overall review count? Thx
If the review author’s name or review text differs a bit on these platforms, you can exclude one of the reviews using the author name or keyword (like you’ve already done with Christina’s review).
I also see that you have duplicated reviews from Lynn and John on one platform (Yelp), but I don’t see them in your Yelp profile. Would you like these reviews to be completely removed from them widget?
Just the duplicates. The wording appears to be exact, so no way to differentiate. They are on my yelp profile, but yelps ai generated recommendations hide reviews from people that do not use the yelp app on a regular basis. I have more than 20 reviews on yelp that Elfsight picks up but have been discounted by the AI. Its why everyone with a business hates yelp lol
