I can only access this widget from their latest email when they announced it and when i go through the live demo of signing in and completing the widget it just freezes.
its not yet available on my dashboard tho, with all the other apps.
would love to implement this…

Instagram Chat is available only on a new dashboard and you have an old dashboard account.
We can move your account to a new dashboard. To do this, we need to switch your plan to an actual one, because you have old plan subscription.
