Display field option request: Segment Buttons or Slider Control (Option A - Option B)

Can you please create more display options for the “Choice Form Fields” in the Form Builder:

• As a (horizontal) Slider Control
  e.g. (A) ------ (B) ------ (C)

• As Segment Buttons
