Display different FAQ entries on different pages using one widget

I have a situation where some information from my FAQs needs to be displayed on multiple pages. Until now, I’ve always had to update this information once for each list. Whenever there’s a change, I have to check everywhere to make sure I’ve updated it. I’d like to be able to update the information centrally in the FAQs and then have it displayed in different lists.

Hi there, @Kim_Carigiet :waving_hand:

Thanks for sharing your idea!

Just to clarify:

  • you’d like to display different FAQ info depending on the page of your website

  • all this should be done using one FAQ widget

Is everything correct?

Hi Max,

Yes, that’s correct.

I would like to create the information in one place and for example tag the info with different labels like Volunteers, Cashless, Home, etc. and then create different lists based on the tags. For example: I would need a FAQ for the Cashless part and could simply create a new list with the tag “cashless” and all the information tagged with cashless would be displayed in the list. Therefore changes are easy to make, regardless where they are displayed.

Best,

Kim

Got you, thanks for clarification! :slightly_smiling_face:

This idea sounds interesting. If more users support this request, we might think it over down the line
