Hi Max,

I hope you are well. I am looking for a calender like app so that my customer can choose what day for the delivery.. is there such an app available?

Unfortunately, we don’t have a similar app in our catalog. However, this idea sounds interesting and I’ve moved it to the Wishlist :slightly_smiling_face:

Could you just share more details about the features you’d like to see in the app? Do I get it right that it should work like a standard deliver app?

  • client makes an order

  • then they choose delivery date, time, address, etc.

  • and finally they pay for the order

Apologies for the slow response.
Yes, that’s exactly the feature I was looking for — and the overall flow looks correct.

  1. The customer places an order
  2. Then selects the delivery date, time, address, etc.
  3. They can then proceed with or cancel the order
  4. Finally, they complete the payment

On the backend, we should be able to configure the minimum ship-out date (e.g. how many days after the order date), as this varies by seller.

Customers should be shown the earliest possible delivery date based on that setting. For example, if they order today, the earliest selectable date on the calendar might be 1 June.

Also, the label for the date field I think should be “Min Delivery Date” instead of just “Delivery Date”, as sellers may not be able to guarantee the exact arrival date.
