would very much like to have X (Twitter) update more than once every 120 hours.

I completely understand your point and agree that it would be awesome to reduce the cache time for the X source in our Social Feed.
Let’s hope the devs will be able to find a solution, and I’ll make sure to update you in case of any changes.
