I build a ton of sites for service-related companies who all have issues that come up during the build-out phase with their clients, and/or warranty issues that arise. It’s been requested to have a ticketing system where there clients can submit a help ticket for an item they want addressed. Once submitted, it gets sent to the business via email, and also to the client for them to have a copy. Of course, a portal and follow-up system so the task flow is streamlined would also be great.
