Hi Elfsight team,
New idea that would absolutly kill it : custom variables within the code
Here’s the need : I use the same website template across all my clients (service based business, so no need to make another website each time), i’d like to do as well for the blog posts using elsfight.
However I’d like to redirect people to different URL on the CTA, maybe use different colors across each clients
Currently I’m using GoHighLevel to build websites and it’s great for this as for example when creating a link I can just use https://{{custom_variable.website_url_bought_for_ghl}}/contact and then update within the custom variables of the client its url, and the website is ready to rock
Another exemple, for the CTA color on the website, I use #{{custom_variable.cta_color}} and it’ll update according to each’s client customization and brand
Now I’d like to do the same on the blog posts, the tweak is that using elfsight is another friction
Wouldn’t it be great to have, in the code, custom variables that I can use in Elfsight builder, and in gohighlevel (or any website builder people build) fill these variables to generate the widget ??
Thanks !
Arnaud
