You’d like to have an option to change the text of the notifications sent to the widget owner and prize winner, right?
If this is the case, we already have a request for the notification sent to the winner. You can upvote it here - Prize Notification Email Edit.
And this request will be dedicated to the custom notification sent to the widget owner.
However, if I misunderstood your idea, please describe it in more detail
