Hello Helga,
I would use one of the Chat-GPTs that i already trained.
With Chat GPT you can create your own Chat-GTP with the specifications you want. Elfsight should only give us the possibility to integrate that.
A more precise and extended approach is the one LordWars described.

@Sergio_Longhi, thank you for the details! Quick question though: are you referring to the Custom GPT or the Assistant? It’s highly likely that our widget will be based on the Assistant. We’re currently exploring options for using an already created assistant as well as creating and training a new one within the widget.
If you have a custom ChatGPT, it seems there’s no problem in also creating an assistant. You can just copy the instructions and the knowledge base

Right now, we’re trying to figure out the concept of the widget and overall functionality. I’m afraid I cannot share any specifics or estimations as yet, but I’ll keep you in the loop

Would be a good idea if the ai-chatbot is a white label. Allowing you to use your own brand identity as the chatbot name and avatar.

Hey Elfsight team, do you have any eta for the chatbot widget? I currently have a chatbot that I am using on my website, but am looking for a more advanced replacement. Would like to use your bot, since most of your widgets are high quality and work great.

Our developers have been working on this widget for a couple of months already, but, unfortunately, the technical side turned out to be more complicated than we initially anticipated. I know they’re doing everything they can to release the AI Bot widget by the end of the year, but, of course, this timeline isn’t 100% guaranteed Let’s hope we make it!
