Copy popup form to another non-floating format form?

I have a form that “slides out” (“floating pane” “popup”) when the floating button is clicked in the bottom right corner of the page.

I need to embed this same form in a “non-floating pane” (“contact form” template style) format on the request appointment page so it is always visible on the page.

Is there any way to do this?

I tried duplicating the form (to keep the formatting and fields, emails, etc), but I can’t see a way to change the template from “popup/slide-in on button click” to “on-page contact form”.

Hi there @Hugh :wave:

You can choose the template before creating a widget, but it’s impossible to switch the template when the widget is already created.

In your case, I’d recommend changing the layout to inline and adjust the form’s appearance to your liking.

Ah, ok. Since I need both the “slide-out” form and the “on the page” form, I’ll just recreate it. Simple enough thanks to the widget’s interface!
