I guess @maxim has shared a great suggestion - have you tried our Comments widget to let your customers leave comments right on your website? If you have any questions about the widget, we’re always here 
Also, we have a request for a Forum widget in our Wishlist in case you’d love to upvote it and follow the updates. I’m afraid this widget is not currently a priority, but we are always looking for ways to improve and appreciate your input
