Each of my members will have there own single post so they can advertise their services. Each time a user visits the members single post page the visitor counter in the members dashboard will show how many unique visits the member has received, per hour, per day, per week, per month, per year etc.
If your visitor counter could pull visitor data from a single post I would purchase this app.
Thanks Dean.
Hi there @D_Ray
Do I understand correctly that you want each post to appear on separate pages and track the number of visitors for these pages. The statistics, however, should only be visible on the dashboard and not on the website itself. Am I right?
If I misunderstood you, please elaborate on your use case. I’ll be happy to help you with it
Hi Max,
Yes I think that is correct, and thanks for getting back to me.
To clarify, each of my members will create a profile using the form I created in the members Account/Dashboard, this profile will then appear as a single post on the front-end.
I created the Single Post template using Elementor Theme Builder.
The graph/counter will only be visible in the members Account/Dashboard so the member can see how many profile views they receive per day/per month.
I have attached a couple of graph examples and hope this better outlines what I am looking for.
Thanks
Dean
Do you mean that the views statistics should be displayed in the Elementor account/ dashboard, but not in the Elfsight account?
Could you please specify how many profiles/pages are you going to add?
Hi Max,
There will be 9 Single Post templates, each template will have hundreds of members.
Each template will be designated to a certain City otherwise all templates are identical.
The website is not live as yet and is not complete so I do not know how many members will join, but I would say upwards of 1000. There will be more than 100 members using each template.
This is where we need to pull the unique ID from each member so that the counter only counts page visits from that member.
For Example: If Sandy, Abbie and Sally join and are based in Auckland then they will be advertising there profile on the Auckland Single post template.
If a user visits say Abbie’s profile, then this is when we need to pull unique page view data from Abbie’s page and display this page view in the counter/graph in her Dashboard.
Hope this helps.
Thanks
Dean
Many thanks for such a thorough comment!
I’ve talked to our devs and, unfortunately, there is no option to implement your use case now. I am so sorry!
However, we’ll try to consider your idea in our future updates. I’ll make sure to update you here once I have any news
