Why did you delete it? I found it convenient.

Yes, we decided to switch off the chat, as most of the time it confused other members 
Since the main reason other members use this forum is to get support, it’s much more convenient to address such questions in dedicated categories, rather than in a general chat.
It’s great to hear you loved and used the chat option! Probably, we’ll bring it back in the future
