Issue description: Currently the country flags that display when entering a phone number (under Collect Contacts, Phone Number) contain a shadow and a faded look.

Specific Request: Is there a CSS rule or JS code I can use to customize the appearance of these phone field flags? (e.g., convert them to black and white, and make them look flat — without a shadow or a faded look).

I’ve checked your widget and see that the background becomes gray on hover, but the country flag doesn’t have any shadows and isn’t faded on my end:
If it looks different on your end, please send me a screenshot of what you see. I’ll gladly check it for you

Hey, apologies for that. Perhaps my issue description was not clear. In other words:
I’m trying to find a CSS rule that will allow me to change the appearance of your widget’s telephone country flags to look like this (as shown in our language dropdown menu) and this (as shown in our booking page form). In short, a “flat” look with no shadows or fade effects.
Also, based on your initial response (image), I am curious as to how you were able to display our form in the chatbox immediately after the AI chatbot message. I tried several JS codes yesterday, but they did not work for me (in both the test panel and frontend).
I hope this makes more sense now. Thanks in advance for your help!

As for showing the form immediately, I’ve just chosen the Show optionally before the chat option when checking things:

Concerning the form position, thank you! Geez, how did I miss that? 
One last thing… I voted for the “Email and Phone Validation” feature request for all affected apps. For our purpose (i.e., AI Chatbot widget), it is essential to have it. Many visitors are submiting “fake” email addresses or phone numbers, thus causing missed opportunities or wasting our time. Just a thought. Anything your dev team can do to accelerate releasing the much-needed feature would be appreciated.

Concerning this topic, I am happy to announce that your developers managed to restyle the telephone country flags. Compared to the initial style (see above screeenshot), they now look much better (see below screenshot).
