Can you manually add reviews/testimonials in the All-in-One Reviews widget

We have a lot of testimonials and reviews that have been sent to us by email or gathered through feedback forms. In addition, we have Google Reviews. In the all in one reviews widget, while also pulling reviews from Google, can we manually add ours in as well?

Also, I’m assuming elfsight supports Wordpress websites?

Happy to see you on our forum! Welcome, @user26939 :waving_hand:

Yep, you can combine the automatically collected reviews from sources like Google and manually added reviews in our All-in-One Reviews widget.

To add the reviews manually, please choose the Custom source option:

Our widgets are supported by most platforms, including WordPress. Here is an article explaining how to install the widget there - Adding Elfsight widget to WordPress website - Elfsight Help Center.

If you face difficulties with the installation, you can request our assistance right in the dashboard. Our Support Team will be happy to help

Thank you for this info! Also, I was hoping to confirm if there is an option to display a small “verified buyer” with Google and manual/custom reviews?
And final question, there’s no option to have elfsight help collect our own reviews through sending out review forms by email etc. is there? Thanks!

You can enable the Verified badge for all reviews (Google and custom) in the Customize section on the Settings tab of your widget’s settings:

Regarding the review collection, unfortunately, we don’t offer manual review transfer as part of our service.

I hope this explains things.

If you have any questions, left, we’re always here to help :slightly_smiling_face:

Sorry one more question haha! Is there a widget to have a “FOMO” like popup for reviews in a corner of the website?

Hi there!

I had one more follow up question. For the list layout, I see that you can turn on show load more button. Is there anyway to have instead of load more where it extends the list, to have numbered pages, as shown in the image below, so it doesn’t keep extending, as this requires a lot of scrolling and pushes all our website items down. I know a carousel would allow for this, just curious about the list which we like the look of. Thanks!

Hi there, @user26939 :waving_hand:

Unfortunately, there is no way to customize the List layout this way. However, your suggestion sounds interesting, and I’ve added it to the Wishlist on your behalf - Add number pagination instead of Load More button in List layout

If this request gets more votes, we’ll try to think it over in the future updates :slightly_smiling_face:
