Can we filter just to have video (inc reels) feeding through, no photos?

Unfortunately, the Instagram Feed app doesn’t have a filter to show only videos (you can upvote this idea on the Wishlist) and the only solution is to use the Exclude filter to hide each specific post.
The good news that our Social Feed app has an option to display only Reels:
