Can I post a hyperlink in the chat, to redirect the user?

  • Is it possible to add a hyperlink into the chat responses? For example, if the user asks how to schedule, I can reply with “You can use THIS LINK to schedule.”

That’s no problem at all.
Train the bot by inserting the text instruction with the link.
