Can Elfsight create a Refer-a-Friend widget?

Interestingly Elfsight has a Referral function in their Deals section but does not have a Refer-a-friend widget… can you all please add that?

We would love to see a referral widget that allows clients to register for the program and earn a reward when their referral makes a purchase.

They would share a link or qr code on whatsapp, x, fb or email with their friends, family or whoever they think would be interested and then if the person clicks and send their details it registers the interest and, (we sell solar power systems) of the referral buys then then the referrer will receive a fee £

You set up a campaign, like a contest, giveaway, or reward system, and people earn extra entries or rewards when they refer friends. Users join (e.g., through email opt-in), and then get unique referral links they can share. The more people they refer, the more rewards or entries they earn. It integrates with your autoresponder, landing pages, and CRMs to automate the whole process.

I run a medspa website and I want to increase bookings through patient referrals. Most of my clients come from word-of-mouth, so having a dedicated referral widget on my website would help automate and track this process.

My ideal use case would be:

• A current client enters their name, email, and phone
• They submit their friend’s name, email, and phone
• The system tracks who referred whom
• Both people receive an automated confirmation email
• I can optionally reward the referrer (example: $25 credit or discount)
• The referred client receives a special offer or code
• I can view referrals in a simple dashboard

This would allow me to place a “Refer a Friend” section on my website and use it in popups, landing pages, and marketing campaigns.

Helpful features would include:

  • Referral form with two sections (referrer + referred person)

  • Optional referral code generation

  • Ability to send automated emails

  • Simple referral tracking

  • Ability to export referral data

  • Integration with email marketing tools

This type of widget would be very valuable for service-based businesses like medspas, clinics, salons, fitness studios, and local businesses that rely heavily on word-of-mouth growth.

Currently, there is no simple all-in-one referral solution within Elfsight, and building this manually requires combining multiple widgets, which is not ideal.

A dedicated referral widget would simplify this process and increase engagement and conversions.
