Callback widget

I found the callback widget online but it doesn’t appear to be available yet?

Do you have a date on when this will be available through the site?

Yeah, it seems that you’ve found a page for the Callback widget in the Gathering Feedback section:

I am afraid, this app won’t be live quite soon. Currently, we are collecting ideas to better understand what functionality our users expect from this app.

Could you please describe your use case in more detail? What features/settings are must-have for you in this app?

A Callback widget could let visitors request a callback at a convenient time, especially if they’d rather not chat online or make a direct call themselves. It’s a simple way to keep communication lines open and avoid losing potential customers.

Functionality:

  • Pop up settings
  • Responsive form
  • Editable form fields
  • Ability to send the lead to the admin via email SMTP

I’m afraid we don’t have any updates on the Callback widget at the moment, I’m very sorry :disappointed:
Right now, we’re focusing on more popular requests, which is why this widget isn’t on our roadmap for now

But we’ll be happy to update you here as soon as we have any news :slight_smile:

Actually, your Popup widget seems to be more or less perfect for this same use case, might use that instead.
