It is not very convenient to manually adjust the available hours after a booking. It would be great if the slot disappeared automatically after being booked.

I see that my colleague Victoria has already reached out to you in a support ticket. As she said, you should connect your widget to the Google Calendar in order to automatically block booked slots.
