I am looking to create an on line booking system for car rental . I have looked at the appointment widget however I cannot work out how to allow the customers to book more than one day.
Can anybody help me?

Do I get it right that you’d like to allow booking several days, but not several time slots at once?

Unfortunately, it’s impossible to do this now. However, I’ve moved this idea to the Wishlist and if it gets more votes, it might be considered in the future

Yes, that is correct. So it allows the customer to specify the number of days for each rental
