It would be great to add a special mode for visually impaired users, optimized for screen readers/voice assistants

I am seeing a good amount of need for some features for blind users to be able to access some features on websites and didn’t know if audio options were on the table.

“Read aloud” functionality as part of accessibilty or own feature
It would help users adopt the website and make it easier to read our articles and blog posts, i think it should be completed to read all languages not just english but still english read aloud would be a wonderful feature, if we could get it to work with the website translator that would be wonderful as then our clients can translate to english from other languages or whatever.
