Be able to set different schedules for each service

Hi @Helga, hi @Max, hi everyone :clap:t2:

It would be interesting to be able to define different hours for each service.

In my case, I’d like to use the reservation widget to reserve tables for a restaurant. Since I offer two services, one for lunch and one for dinner, it would be interesting to be able to offer separate hours for both.

If I select the Lunch service, I should logically have the lunchtime hours, and if I select the Dinner service, I should have the evening hours.

What do you think? Could this be technically possible?

Thanks.

Hi there, @romano97002 :waving_hand:

This is a really nice idea, thanks for sharing your thoughts with us! We’ll have it in mind and see for more feedback from the community :slightly_smiling_face:

is there a way to hide unavailable dates to just Specific Services?
For example in my bookings, I have 3 services but not all 3 services are available on all dates. I want to be able to say
Service 1 available Monday-Wednesday-Saturday
Service 2. Tuesday-Thursday

Thank you

Hi there, @My_Elf_Sight :waving_hand:

Unfortunately, separate schedules for each service aren’t supported in our app now, but this idea is already on the Wishlist.

I’ve moved your comment to the related thread, where we’ll keep you updated :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi Elfsight Team & Community :sparkles:,

As I currently understand it, all services created follow one Calendar (Normal Day & Hours + Special Day & Hours). I think being able to create multiple Calendars, would be extremely useful.

A use case is having one Calendar that is for Complimentary Services, and one for each Paid Service as needed.

This allows assigning specific days and times for Complimentary Services, rather than allowing booking at any time available. The different Service Calendars should “speak” to each other so that Paid Services bookings are prioritized over Complementary Services at the very least.

  • :speaking_head::loudspeaker:Community please :prayer_beads:up vote :white_check_mark: this feature.

Also, please check out all the Other Wishlist features I’m championing :gem_stone: , add your comments, and up vote them too :white_check_mark:

Thank you in advance :busts_in_silhouette::busts_in_silhouette::busts_in_silhouette:……

Kind regards,

Hi there, @iammasterweb :waving_hand:

Many thanks for the feedback!

I totally get your point, and this idea is already on the Wishlist. I’ve merged your comment with the existing request, where we’ll keep you in the loop :slightly_smiling_face:

A template shows three different meeting rooms. If one user books one room for 9am, the other two rooms should remain available for 9am. It currently doesn’t work as expected.

Hey there, @user34782 :waving_hand:

Yep, currently all services share the same schedule, but I agree that it would be awesome to set separate schedules for each service.

We already have a request for this feature and I’ve added your comment there too. If more users support this idea, we might look into this in the future updates :slightly_smiling_face:

can you create different costume “date specific hours” for different services?
meaning : servies A is avaible Monday 3-5 pm and serives B tuesday 8-10am ?

Greetings and welcome to the Community, @uri_yochelman :waving_hand:

Thanks a lot for sharing your thoughts!

We already have this idea on the Wishlist. I’ve merged your comment with the existing request, where we’ll keep you updated :slightly_smiling_face:

I would really like to set different timetables for each service.
Reason, I have a different price during daytime sessions and another during evening sessions.
I would like to be able to have only set time options during the day for the lower price and another timetable for evening session.
Hope you can build this soon.
Best, Hans

Thanks for supporting the idea and welcome to the Community, @user37475!

Let’s hope this idea gets more traction with other users and the devs will be able to consider it :slightly_smiling_face:
