I am glad to say that you can achieve a similar result using the Review Request Badge layout in our All-in-One Reviews widget:
If you’re going to automatically collect reviews from the supported sources like Google, the avatars will automatically appear in the widget.
When adding the reviews manually through the custom source, you’ll have to upload the reviewers’ photo for the reviews:
To make it look like the badge in your screenshot, you should remove the heading and subheading:
