Audio player doesn't work well

A lot of our users have complaints about the audio player:

• half of the way of the tracks it’s stops by itself.
• when the phone goes black again, stop the player too.
• sometimes the player doesn’t work at all.

Our tracks are around 80 - 90 kb and last about 150 minutes. What could be the cause?
