I’m looking for an animated arrow that prompts the user to scroll further down the page, that sits at the bottom of the hero section, as there is a bit of blank space at the bottom of my hero section to keep it clean.

You should select the Scroll to Element action and add the ID or class of the section, where you’d like to redirect your website visitors:
With the flexible customization options, you can add the needed arrow icon and customize the design of the widget:
