I’d love a widget that I could customize with specific questions a visitor probably has that allows them to jump to that specific section on a web page. It would float so it’s always visible. But for mobile, it’s a floating icon that they can touch to expand. I’m not sure how you avoid having it overlap with the web copy. So maybe even on desktop, it’s an expandable icon?
