Allow selection of Schema.org type

Please add the ability to select the Schema.org type, especially for businesses such as hotels, B&Bs, restaurants, medical clinics, local services, and other non-product entities. A useful option would be:

  • Product
  • LocalBusiness
  • LodgingBusiness
  • BedAndBreakfast
  • Restaurant
  • Organization
  • Custom Schema.org type

This will help ensure structured data is semantically accurate for non-product businesses.

Thanks a lot for sharing your thoughts with us!

I need to say that the Product markup was intentionally used in the widget because it’s the only one that can appear in the Google snippet in search results.

However, we still have a request for this feature on the Wishlist and if anything changes on the Google’s side, we might look into this in the future :slightly_smiling_face:
