All-in-One Reviews: [Major update] Add reviews manually with a new Custom Source option + 14 new sources 🔥

Guys, we are super happy to announce that we’ve just released a Custom Source feature for our All-in-One Reviews app :tada:

Custom Source is a special source type where all the info, from icons to reviews, is added manually. This allows you to display the reviews from the sources where the automatic collection isn’t supported yet.

Important details

  • Custom Source tab appear in the header only when Source Name and Icon are added. Otherwise, its reviews appear on the “All Reviews” tab

  • You can add a Business Owner Reply and images for each review

  • Business Name and Owner Photo info apply to all reviews for the current source

  • Filters are not applied to the Custom Sources

  • There’s no “Write a Review” button on the Custom Source tab, and the reviews aren’t clickable

Definitely love this! It will be a bonus for adding in manually.

I’m sorry that you didn’t include the ability to “write a review” which we could send directly to previous customers to include here.

Hi

Will you be able to pull in the reviews automatically for checkatrade just like it does for google or facebook?

Reason I ask is because if a company has 99 positive checkatrade reviews then they would probably want all 99 to appear; this would mean that 99 would have be added individually?

I totally understand your point and agree that the automatic collection would be a huge time-saver, especially when you have a lot of reviews.

Hi Max,

Please can we also be updated when you implement the automatic synchronisation with CheckATrade? We have multiple customers with over 1,200 reviews on this platform, so it’ll be better for us to wait until this can be automated.
