just curious, is the machine learning engine the same on these templates or is it different based on the purpose of the template? are the purposes of these templates just for representation and appearance?
@backhome84 yes, we’ve created these templates to help you understand the various ways the AI Chatbot can be used and to save you time if you’d like to use a ready-made template.
You will still need to train your AI bot, as the templates currently include basic general instructions and suggestions on how to tailor the bot to your specific needs 
Regarding the machine learning engine, could you clarify what you mean specifically? All the templates are based on our widget, and you’re welcome to test it with different business areas
