I am using the Team Showcase and I would like to see a feature to adjust the picture that you are using to center up the person instead of it cutting off their head.

Yep, I’ve added the code to the Custom CSS field of your Team Showcase widget’s settings to adjust the image display. As for the Social Feed widget, could you please specify what platform you’re going to add there and what business links you mean?
