Adding Podbean or Sound cloud file to CMS

Coming from WP, I am used to adding a sound file (Podbean), or Soundcloud to WP.

Objective is:
The client adds 1 blog post per day, each blog post has 1 Soundfile. Currently, we use the embed from them which is an iFrame.
How can I embed the sound file link or iFrame to CMS?
