I am looking to edit the confirmation email that is sent to the customer (for example, add a Zoom link)
Welcome aboard, @user14367
Appreciate the suggestion! If more users show their interest in this feature, we’ll try to think it over in the future
By the way, we also have a request for the Zoom integration. Feel free to vote on it if you like the idea - Set up integration with Zoom to create a meeting for booking
If it is too cumbersome to add the feature to edit the entire message, it would even be nice to change the verbiage of certain terms for the email in the same way you allow us to edit texts from the booking app itself. For example, I have web clients who would prefer not to use “client” or “booking,” and I have some clients who would like to use this app for volunteer slot scheduling for their non profits and everything in the app works great for this application except for the confirmation message verbiage.
Good note, thank you so much @user1330
We’ll try to think about this feature in the future update. I’ll make sure to inform you here if anything changes
All texts should be editable on confirmation email. Unfortunately this booking appointment feature is simply useless in Japan now just because the automated translation sounds extremely unprofessional and out-of-context.
I would like to customise the booking confirmation email with details of the zoom meeting. How do I go about that?
Hi there, @Nina_Brown
At the moment, it’s impossible to edit the confirmation email. However, this idea is added to the Wishlist, and I’ve moved your comment to this discussion.
If we receive any news from the dev team, we’ll promptly update you here
That is a bit not nice as other booking software you are able to do that. This makes it not nice to use this. Can you not do custom css or custom js?
I completely understand your point, but there is no way to customize the text of the confirmation email, even with Custom CSS or JS. I am really sorry about that
Hopefully the devs will be able to consider this idea, and I’ll be happy to update you here in case of any changes!
Even simply having the H1 colour pull through from the accent colours chosen in the booking form would help a lot.
Or the ability to colour the email specifically.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us! We’ll have it in mind when considering this idea
I’d like more flexibility in the wording, types, and timing for the confirmation messages. For ex, we could edit the verbiage to meet our needs and provide additional info for the appt. What about SMS? Could we send a reminder message as well? All of these features should be included in any viable booking app.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts, @BratPak_Dog_Kamp! Our Appointment Book widget is relatively new, and we’ll definitely keep enhancing it with more features down the line

I love your idea with SMS reminders — we have separate suggestions in this regard, so feel free to upvote them to stay in the loop:
- Send an SMS with a reminder about the appointment
- Send an SMS to us and the customer who books the appointment
Thanks a lot for your help!
