Is it possible to Add an email to the customer for confirmation and to the service info for notification ?

If you want to send to the clients autoresponder notification with all the submitted info (including email), you just need to enable Autoresponder in the Notify Respondents section on the Email tab:
As for adding email to the service info, could you please elaborate on what you mean?
