This feature is essential since the email is in English while we can use the widget in the language of our choice. This is a very damaging disruption to the experience.

I have to say that the language of the email notifications aligns with the language chosen in the widget’s settings:
So, if you’ve chosen French in the settings, the notifications will be in French. I’ve checked things in my test widget and everything worked fine:

You’re right, it works well in French, but it’s in English when we choose French Canadian. I think the bug is here!
