What method does the company use to provide Google reviews from a site that is online only (has no address thus no placeID)?

In case your business doesn’t have a public address listed on Google Maps, you can still add it to our widget via a Google Maps share link. For detailed instructions, please check out this guide: How to display reviews by using a Google Maps share link.
