UNANIMOUS is a great example of how a young brand can build trust without overwhelming visitors — the site mixes product focus, social proof, and a personal story really well.
Of course, even strong websites usually have a few hidden opportunities. Here are the things we loved and the details we would polish ![]()
What’s working well?
A few things immediately caught our eye:
Important details are not hidden
The homepage starts with the details that usually stop people from buying: shipping, returns, and customer feedback.
The announcement bar shows free delivery from CHF 90, 30-day returns, and Swiss delivery. Right below it, the 4.8/5 rating with 858 reviews adds another layer of reassurance.
Visual category shortcuts
The category circles under the header are a simple but effective way to enter the catalog.
Instead of a standard text menu, visitors can jump straight into leggings, shorts, streetwear, or accessories by recognizing the product images.
One color used consistently
The purple accent appears throughout the page — from the announcement bar and buttons to ratings and sale badges.
There are no competing colors fighting for attention, so the important elements naturally stand out.
Product cards show the essentials
The product grid gives shoppers most of the information they need at a glance:
- review count
- price changes
- available colors
- product images
There is little need to open multiple product pages just to compare basic details.
The brand has a face behind it
Many ecommerce stores keep their story generic. UNANIMOUS does the opposite.
The Team UNANIMOUS section introduces the founder, explains the meaning behind the name, and shows real production photos instead of polished stock images.
Reviews go beyond a star rating
The review section includes the details that make feedback easier to trust: customer names, dates, and links to specific products.
With 858 reviews displayed, it feels like an active customer base rather than just a rating widget added to the page.
WhatsApp Chat button
The WhatsApp Chat widget gives visitors a quick way to reach the brand without leaving the shopping flow.
For product questions or quick clarifications, sending a message in a familiar app is often easier than filling out a form or writing an email.
What Could Be Improved?
We also spotted a few areas where small changes could have a big impact
Hero section is one large image
The first screen immediately grabs attention, but the headline, CTA, and visuals are all part of one image.
This works visually, but it means even a small text change or a new campaign requires editing the whole banner. On some screens, the text may also lose sharpness.
[!note] Recommendation
Keep the same visual style, but separate the elements:
use the image as a background
add the headline as real text
make the button a clickable element
Product cards need more consistency
The product cards have all the right information, but the layout changes from item to item.
Some products show ratings and color options, while others don’t. Product names also take different amounts of space, which makes the grid look slightly uneven.
[!note] Recommendation
Keep the same structure across all cards:
- image
- title
- rating
- price
- colors
A consistent layout makes browsing and comparing products smoother.
CTA buttons should match their destination
The button “View All Products” appears in several sections, but it doesn’t always lead to all products.
In one place it opens the full catalog, in another it leads to bags, and in another it opens the sale section. The same wording creates different expectations.
[!note] Recommendation
Rename each button based on its destination:“View all bags”
“Go to sale”
“View all products”
The brand story is a bit long for homepage
The Team UNANIMOUS story is interesting — the founder, the meaning behind the name, and the production process are all worth sharing.
The only issue is the amount of text. Five paragraphs on the homepage can be easy to skip, even when the story itself is worth reading.
[!note] Recommendation
Keep a shorter version on the homepage and move the full story to an “About Us” page. This gives the story more room instead of making it compete with the rest of the homepage.
Keep the same tone across the website
Most of the website speaks to customers with “du”:
“Unsere Empfehlungen für dich”
“Hier findest du unsere Schnäppchen”
The reviews section suddenly switches to “Sie”: “Lassen Sie Kunden für uns sprechen”
It is a small detail, but it stands out because the rest of the brand voice is consistent.
[!note] Recommendation
Update the reviews widget title to use the same “du” tone as the rest of the website.
Final thoughts
Overall, UNANIMOUS feels like a brand that knows what it wants to be. The visuals are consistent, the products are presented well, and the founder story gives the website a more personal touch.
Most of our suggestions are small tweaks that could make an already solid store feel even smoother — no major redesign needed.
