I would love to use this, but since our business does not have an address it does not show up to add it

To display reviews with no physical address, you should use either Google Maps Embed Code or Place ID. Here is an article explaining how you can do this 
In the meantime, I’ve added your source to the widget and the reviews have been successfully collected
