My forms collect to Google sheets but the time is not in the time zone entered from or my own time zone. Is this something I can change?

I have to say that at the moment submissions arrival time via both CSV and Google Sheet is set to GMT+0 time zone. I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience, however, this is Google Sheet API restriction
