To edit Footer, you can follow these.
#1. First, edit any pages on your site.
#2. Scroll down to Footer and click Edit Site Footer
#2.1. To edit Footer Color, you can hover on right of Footer > click Edit Section
Click Colors > Choose Theme Color
#2.2. To edit Footer background image/video, you can click Background
#2.3. To edit Footer height or Footer border, click Design tab.
