Social Media Icons: Enjoy enhanced accessibility

Some accessibility improvements have been made to our Social Media Icons app

• Icons got alt text attribute

• The issue with missing descriptions for links was resolved

• We’ve fixed the issue with identical IDs for template icons

• Now you can set the label for custom icons links (it’s used instead of icons alt text and appears on hover)
