I often highlight single Instagram posts in blog posts, news/announcements, etc, and always use the boring Instagram post embed 
Would love a beautiful Single Post Widget with the top comments displayed to encourage interaction on social and my clients’ websites.

You actually can customize your widget to show only last post but yes, there is no option to display comments along with it.
