This idea sounds interesting, thanks for sharing! We’ll see if it gets traction with other users 
5 years since this. Did this get anywhere? Having the same issue except if its not listed it just goes displays the Atlantic Ocean. Bit clunky users who want to know if an area has something or not.

I completely understand your point, but, unfortunately, we haven’t got any news about this request.
To give you more context, there are 2000+ requests on the Wishlist, and we prioritize them based on their complexity and number of votes they received. Right now, we have a bunch of requests with the higher priority level and devs are focused on them.
In case more users upvote this idea, it might be prioritized sooner, but it’s hard to give any certain predictions this time.
